In this uncertain time defined by COVID -19, the Artistic and Awards Committee and the Board of The Solti Foundation U.S. reviewed the current funding stream of the Foundation and determined that each conductor who received a Solti Foundation U.S. award in 2019 and 2020 would have his/her award increased by a single designated amount for each conductor.
